In response to guidelines issued by the Mayor’s Office and the San Francisco Department of Public Health, we have elected to cancel our Bookeaters’ Bash event on March 19.

We are as disappointed as you are. The Bookeaters’ Bash raises critical funds for our free writing programs for under-resourced students across San Francisco. There is nothing that makes us prouder than showcasing the strong, confident student voices your support makes possible. And we could all use a little inspiration from the voices of our young people—especially now!
Though this particular event is on hold for now, you can still donate today to show your support for our students, whose hard work and powerful voices change our world for the better.

Bimbo’s 365 Club does not offer designated parking. The venue is accessible by MUNI via 30 Stockton and the Powell Street Cable Car.
In addition to street parking, garage parking is available at California Parking located 1.5 blocks away at the Hilton Fisherman’s Wharf at 590 Bay Street (between Jones Street and Taylor Street).
Alternative transportation, such as taxis or ride sharing, is recommended and encouraged!
826 Valencia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting under-resourced students ages six to eighteen with their creative and expository writing skills and to helping teachers inspire their students to write. We serve more than 9,000 under-resourced students every year.
